Ordered from Temu many times. Yes, products are more cheaply made than others but sometimes that doesn't matter. Purchased a Christmas tree in August. Opened box to put up tree in November.... 4 days past return date. Of course, it was the wrong tree... one that was $100 less than the one we purchased. Reached out to customer service. Back and forth for about an hour and the best they could do was to offer a $15 store credit. Unsubscribed to the site. Will never order from them. again. BEWARE. PLEASE do not give them your hard-earned money. They do not deserve your business.
