I canceled an order on Nov 15, 2024, 5 minutes after I mistakenly ordered wrong thing. Didn't receive a confirmation of cancelling so I canceled it again the next day. On Nov. 18 I received notice it was in transit. Called customer service - they said nothing they can do. Return it. They say I have 2 months before $ will be taken off credit card. Considering the poor customer service will I see my refundof over $800?
