I made a purchase in one of Temu credit back events, my account at Temu shows my ClaimCredit is $11.10, which need to claim every day for 7 days, and I did, but by 2nd day, the claim screen disappeared, so I was unable to claim this credit. I contact Temu the day when ClaimCredit screen disappeared, the agents at Temu gave me some useless suggestions to access the ClaimCredit, did NOT work. Then they waited until my 7 days of claim credit expired, then tells me "your claim credit" is Not available due to claim credit time expired. This happened to me twice. Others on google have expressed same issue. Temu's lack response to their promise on these events, makes you wonder if these events are even REAL. There may be a bug in their system for these events, but Temu agents do NOT solve problems, just give you textbook answers and wait until time expires. I used to buy them every week. I will NOT buy them again due to horrible service and NOT trust company
