Title: Fraudulent Claims and Horrible Service I had a terrible experience with Temu. I purchased a 10x10 pop-up canopy tent and never opened or unboxed it because I decided I didn’t need it. I returned the item exactly as it was sent to me—completely untouched and unopened. However, Temu only gave me a partial refund, claiming the item was “damaged” and “missing pieces.” How could that even be possible when it was never opened?! They are refusing to refund me fully and are essentially blaming me for their own false claims. Their customer service is atrocious. No help, no accountability, and no respect for their customers. I will never shop with them again and urge others to avoid this shady company. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
