Just spent ann hour with a customer support Monica N who , instead of support, argue that I did not do steps 1,2,3 and that is why she cannot help; but at the first contact, I already told her I did steps 1,2,3... she should apply for a job at the Claims Dept of an insurance company; not only her attitude is negative, she keeps finding ways to say it is customer's problem and refuse to ask supervisor or another agent to talk to me; I talked to Temu agent many times and each time they would get another person or supervisor to help resolve the issue; this time this Monica N pretends she cannot transfer and tried to bluff me off after I asked her to change to another person 13 times
; this is really BAD customer service....
