I have still not received the items I ordered. First I received an email saying my package of items were delivered even though they were not. (We live in a condo and were home all day. No one called our building's call box for access to our building, no one knocked at our door and no one left a package, or can be seen on security video. I tried multiple times to call the delivery company (EMIle) and was just repeatedly disconnected after being on hold to speak to someone. Temu now keeps sending messages saying that my package needs to be picked up at a "Pickup Location", but gives no name or address for such a location, despite my repeated requests for one. There is no live person I can talk to anywhere. All their "live chats" are AI generated so have been nothing but frustrating and give no answers.
