The games are designed to make you earn quick rewards initially, but as you near completion, the rewards significantly drop, making it harder to win the free gifts. What’s worse is the time-consuming nature of these games. They encourage you to share the app, invite friends, browse certain pages, and spend a lot of time on the platform—all for a “free” gift. Honestly, it feels more like a ploy to increase engagement rather than a genuine reward for customers. As someone who frequently checks out with carts exceeding 100 AED, I find this entire process unnecessary. If Temu wants to offer free gifts, they should make the process straightforward and hassle-free. If not, it’s better not to offer them at all. In today’s busy world, nobody has time to play games for hours just to claim a freebie. I’d much prefer if Temu focused on offering cashback or discounts, as these can be easily used for future purchases without wasting time or effort.
