And to be patient and wait 24 hours, after I already wait 48. I asked them the time of delivery so I could prove I hadn't received the package, but there was no response. I also contacted the delivery company, On Trac, and the same results were a big waste of time. They were able to tell me the time and day of delivery. I happen to have surveillance cámaras.
