They processed a payment that I did not authorize. Allegedly I made a purchase on the 22nd of October, but received no confirmation email. The last time I made any kind of purchase and had it delivered was in February according to the only account that I have. Never gave me any kind of confirmation email on this fraudulent purchase and then told my credit card company that it was in fact a valid purchase. Despite the fact that it was nowhere to be found in my purchase history, my browsing history and I have no confirmation email. Not only did they violate their own terms of service saying they will not process payments that are not authorized, but they lied to my credit card company saying that I did in fact make this purchase despite them having no proof of it whatsoever. Like I said it's nowhere to be found in any of my history and I never got a confirmation email about this fraudulent charge. Don't do business with this crooked company.
