They are thieves. I returned a product and they gave me the corresponding refund and a month later they deducted the amount again claiming that I had not sent the product, which was false. They opened a Ticket for me and a Supervisor contacted me apologizing and telling me that the refund had started again. Everything was false and now when I contact them again they tell me that they are going to put me with another supervisor, but they will not give me my money back. I advise that if you are regular buyers of Temu, you should check your accounts because maybe they are being robbed and you haven't realized it.
