Customer service is atrocious! I order items for my daughters birthday and for Xmas. Evri lost the order and is not coming. Spoke to them about it refused to do anything until the last day where I woke up with refund. My daughters birthday is a day away and I have nothing. Supervisors are cowards won't talk to you or try to fix your issue. They talk in circles and don't want to give and helpful information or do anything you want to happen. They palm it off to anyone else who the disregards it. It's infuriating, upsetting and provides you with no service at all. Why do they even have one? All they say is we will continue to monitor. You mean like I am now? Horrendous disgraceful! Never again avoid like the plague.
