Pure bait and switch casino-like gimmicks and promises of non-existent “special offers” for cheap polyester junk and AI “customer service” that asks you for info you already provided without even acknowledging the problem. Tried live chat and email. Same canned replies. Got nowhere.
Amazon may be overpriced, but at least they’re honest about it, have amazing logistics, solid clearly stated policies that don’t change every time you log in and every 10 minutes thereafter, and there are real people you can talk to if something goes wrong.
