We've had no problems with returns we send them back they pay for the printing we go to the UPS office they got my mom's refunds back no problem put him right back onto her card has given me my returns without no problem whether it's credit or cash back cash back does take a little bit longer because you have to mail the thing back to them was there like within 14 days and no not all the quality is good on their products but at the same time you kind of get what you pay for if you're trying to get a computer for 10 bucks it's not going to be a good computer you got to look and do your research on some of the products but they're all in my price range on what I want to get and there's things I'm buying on there that I can't afford to buy in stores that are in good products
