I have placed several orders with no issues then recently they split packages and they dont arrive or arrive late and damaged with multiple excuses all my deliveries should be done by royal mail due to Evri not delivering when they should or not delivering at all, they also take your money the same day you order but on average takes them 21 days to refund which means they are getting interest on your money, after they say they cant do this they cant do that you cant speak to the complaints dept, they send items nothing like the order you placed, I have spent 3 and half hours today with temu via webchat and on the phone and got nowhere, I ordered a pack of 5 tea towels but finally recevied a pack of dont know what they are I have childrens hankys bigger than this useless parcel. I am not waiting 21 days for my refund if I do not get a full refund by close of business (4.30pm) today 16th december I will seek legal action and then you will pay solicitors fees, court costs and it will cost you thousands and all due to the lack of customer service with I cant do that attitudes
