Horrible company. I ordered furniture and the screws were too small and too short to secure the bottom. Now it's flimsy and probably won't last. Temu said they would refund my credit card as the supplier was not correcting the problem. Then they sent another email saying they would not refund my credit card and that the earlier email was a mistake. Now I am supposed to package and ship the furniture back because of 4 missing screws. I am a 70-year-old senior and there is no way I am dragging a huge heavy box to UPS. Rip off company! They should have zero stars! Shameful.
