We ordered a reclining couch that was shipped in the pieces. They all connect together. Seemed a half way decent couch. We've only had it a month and one of the arms has broken on the side. Some kind of wood has broken in half. We are an elderly couple and are not rough on furniture at all. We complained about it and they want us to ship the whole couch back to them at our expense. It would cost us about as much as the cost of the couch to ship it back and they won't refund the shipping cost. We paid over 500 dollars for nothing. Absolutely Do not buy furniture from Temu. We've had good experiences with everything else but this company has no integrity whatsoever. They do not back their products.
