Missing and extremely delayed deliveries in recent times. I placed an order and the status was "out for delivery" for an extended amount of time past the stated delivery date range. I contacted TEMU and was told to contact the courier directly.. When I contacted the courier, I received an automated message and then was told to contact TEMU. This is causing me to run in circles and I'm no longer at the address due to their extremely delayed service. I requested a refund ASAP and have yet to hear back. I am holding off on any future deliveries until this situation is resolved which is unfortunate as this is time sensitive!
