Called up for Help to get on the website to return multiple orders that were sent to my husband. And was told there's no record of him. TEMU IS A RIP OFF! Everything he had ordered came from TEMU. But now they can't find him in the system. Have DRAINED his bank account sending 2 & 3 of the same items. The Rep acted like he didn't want to help us, so I hung up. Spoke with a rep previously who was so kind and helpful. And had No Problem Returning the product. Very, very frustrating dealing with this company and can't get any DAMN HELP. I WILL MAKE IT MY MISSION TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!!@
