I purchased an icemaker through Temu. They offered no insurance. It was from xbeauty warehouse.. After 30 uses it quit working I sent a video to the warehouse that it came from X beauty, they told me the motor was out $163.30 uses and the motor is out, Temu would not do anything about it horrible company as far as Customer Service when you pay that much for a product you expect a little consideration, contacted x beauty, They referred me back to Temu after being told by four associates. There was nothing they could do. I was told they would escalate my ticket to a higher up within one minute. I received a close ticket notice and an email stating that they could not do anything about the purchase. Before you buy any high priced item, furniture, electronics, Reconsider, if something goes wrong! Even though there was minimal use, they will not do anything about it!! Frustrated beyond belief!
