Temu ships all orders in plastic bags. You can comfirm this when you review shipping status. An example, information shows shipping in a "24 x 22" bag. I have received such orders and the contents include crushed, bent, defective items. I have also received items that were in boxes, crushed, and item is no longer in the box. I will, personally, not order from Temu again.
