Occasionally, deliveries are late, and Temu lets me know they are late and gives me a $5.00 credit. When I have had to return items, it is very easy. Also, I have been offered a choice to have the full amount back as credit or refunded to the card I used for the purchase. If you spend $20 shipping is free from Temu - in China. HOWEVER if you purchase an item that says it is from the Local Warehouse, you are likely to be charged $2.99 for each item from the Warehouse. The explanation is that your items need to be from the SAME STORE to receive free postage. The Warehouse has items from many stores. Yeah, just because it is from the same Warehouse does not count. So, it saves a bit of money to order from Temu in China. ONE MORE DIFFICULTY. They have started using a delivery service called UniUni. If the delivery attempt was made after hours or on the weekend, the driver probably did not know how to get in. No, the company did not try to solve the problem.
