Cheap, poorly made sometimes I didn't even get what I ordered. When you try to contact customer support they want you to pay for the return label and shipping. they want you to cover the packaging and it's a lot of back and forth with no accountability. I'm a military veteran just trying to buy whatever and enjoy the rest of my life and they've made it very complicated with their website in the way it's set up. it's aggravating, advertisements are popping up every time you want to look at something. I accidentally hit two or three buttons at a time because the advertisements are so much, it's over kill. The quality of the merchandise that's a big issue.
