I really had no problem with their electronic products (audio jacks, audio cables, etc.). Once I ordered baseballs shorts engraved with my last name. Took some time to arrive but product was as advertised. They have an office on Massachusetts if that helps and customer service can be reached there just outside of Boston. I’ll keep ordering
