I started using Temu, everything looked fine and I was receiving my orders until I bought two solar panels and two solar generators, with rechargeable batteries, only two packages arrived, with one generator and one solar panel, the other items did not. I made a claim for $160 but it was denied. Very frustrated with this service because these items were for a donation. I erased their app and I am not buying anymore from them anymore.
