As I received my purchased item through Temu, I received the package through a third-party.
I called Temu directly and was on the phone with a Representative for a half hour with no resolution to the issue that I had with the delivery.
I explained that I was to receive the item on the 25th of February and received the item on the 18th of February. Fine. However, there was no proof of delivery (no update, no email) to indicate of such.
Not only that, the outer package looks like it was deliberately torn open.
