Temu sold me mismatched shoes. I sent photos and asked for a refund. They were deliberately deceptively polite but said they could see nothing wrong, in repeated tries. I had to reverse payment through my credit card company who investigated and agreed with me (in one try). Really infuriating and huge waste of time. They must hope the buyer will give up.
