I ordered items from Temu on 11/02/25 (R486) & 17/02/25 (R79). I cancelled the orders and was told by Temu that i have been refunded. Those refunds are nowhere to be found, neither in my bank account or in my Temu credits. Your chatline is an AI response that just keep on repeating "Yoy have been refunded on 11/02 & 17/02" WHERE IS MY REFUNDS See proof of account transactions.
