I was told over 2 weeks ago that I was getting a $20.00 credit for a problem they admitted to. Well they also told me twice that it had to be reviewed and I would likely get the credit. Over two weeks later and nothing, also seems strange that no one knows what I'm talking about. This company is horrible and a joke.
