I had a completely unacceptable experience with customer service at temu. When I was communicating with them about a certain problem, I told them about a death in my family and expressed my sadness. But instead of compassion and respect, their response was sarcastic and inappropriate. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in sensitive situations like this. I attach a picture from the conversation that shows the actor's mockery of his handling of my feelings. I demand genuine clarification from the administration and appropriate action towards this incident. I cannot accept this behavior in any company. Unfortunately, I won't deal with temu again if this kind of dealing continues.
