I was promised a credit for a bunch of puzzles I ordered. I have reached out to them twice for this credit. They can no longer issue one now. Because it was in October. The puzzles were crushed, open and paper thin. If this is the way they are going to handle their customers. I am done. And I will spread the word, to not order from them. You can only chat on their website, and it is a very long process. I have requested a phone call. Nothing!!! Very disappointed. Diane B
