Customer Service sucks! I was on the Customer Service line waiting 3 hours to talk to someone about the package that did not arrive as expected. A 11:55pm, they shut off the phone lines without bridging, informing or apologizing. If you are going to do business THE USA, learn the USA mannerisms concerning customer service!!!
