I am tired of placing orders and almost every order I have items that I have paid for left out of the order, and their “customer service “ is a nightmare to deal with. I have never called them with an issue where I was on the phone for less than an hour and few disputes have ever been settled in a way that was fair to me, nor was there any compensation offered for all of the time that I was left on hold. They are getting ready to loose a long term customer who has made a lot of purchases with them just to receive long hold times, without a proper resolution. As a handicapped individual, I really feel that this company has taken great advantage of me on multiple occasions with correctly reimbursing me for my time or the items that were not sent with my order that I paid for!!!!
