I placed an order with TEMU, which paid in advance. I did not received the package due to their inconsistency/responsibility. TEMU refuse refund. I ordered a few items with TEMU on the 4th August and ofcourse paid in advance through my prepaid card. Estimated delivery time was 14th-21st August 2025. The parcel never arrived. Until today I kept receiving false information and reassurances from TEMU with various excuses. My investigation revealed that they cooperate with a scammer and fraudulent logistics agent in Chalkida-Greece, who is unable to deliver further beyond. I reported this fact to TEMU but they did not take me seriously and kept insisting on their policy and their delivery schedule. Eventually on the 24th of August they e-mailed me saying that I shall not receive my parcel. Later on the same day they e-mailed me again saying that they have initiated a return of the parcel to China. I asked for an immediate refund. They are stabornly refuse to refund my money before the parcel arrives safe back to China. I placed an order which paid in advance. I did not received the package. I do not receive a refund
