The day they received the order with my brand new shoes, they CANCELLED the order, and did not give me a refund. They claimed they never got it. All I needed to do was exchange for a smaller size. I will never shop here again. Not only did I have to cancel and keep postponing tennis plans with friends and club members numerous times, due to awaiting the refund, but I also had to buy another pair at the correct size. Spoke with them 3 times. Every time they say they never received it; but it went to their address and they accepted it. Garbage.
