Muy decepcionado con Tennis-Point. Compré un paletero Bullpadel en su tienda física y a los pocos meses comenzó a romperse, primero por fuera y después también por dentro. En abril contacté directamente con Bullpadel sin obtener respuesta. Más tarde reclamé a Tennis-Point, aportando fotos que muestran el deterioro progresivo del producto, pero me dijeron que, al tratarse de una compra en tienda física, no podían ayudarme desde atención al cliente online. Al llamar a la tienda, me informan que “según el convenio textil”, solo ofrecen 6 meses de garantía. Pero esto no es correcto. La ley en España establece una garantía legal de tres años desde la compra. Los primeros 12 meses (como mínimo, según normativa europea) se entiende que si el producto falla, es por un defecto de origen, salvo que el vendedor demuestre lo contrario. Esto no limita la garantía total ni justifica rechazar una reclamación dentro del plazo legal. A pesar de haber reclamado dentro del periodo legal y con pruebas evidentes de un defecto, no me ofrecen ninguna solución. Muy mal servicio postventa y una total falta de responsabilidad. No volveré a comprar ni recomendar esta tienda.

non existent customer service. Will not issue a return label, chatbot does not respond, email and tel number are no longer available. then their website states customer satisfaction is our driving force!! Unable to communicate with the company-disgraceful!

Didn't get return label, eventually connected them to say I was taking it up with credit card company, received return label and refund.

They are terrible - do not buy from them, if you need to return they ignore you and have no customer service. They have a faulty return label service and do not reply to emails. I have paid £40 in postage so far and they want to charge me another £20 on a £55 pair of trainers. TERRIBLE

Impossible to get in contact with. I bought 8 pairs of shoes as they were on deep discount and they are my favourite. The tennis balls I ordered with them arrived within days but no sign of the shoes. They won't respond to emails and there is no working phone number. Awful.

They are scammers. I received used tennis shoes, with clay all over them. When I told them that and returned them, they rejected my return, with the reason being that the item is used! Yes, of course it is, but i received it used! Never buy from them again.

The K-Swiss tennis shoes ordered after much thought and delivered today, are too small despite me ordering a half size larger than I would normally take. I've tried numerous times but cannot get the returns system to work as it should, and there appears to be NO method of contacting Tennis Point. I am extremely unhappy and despite using them over the years, will never do so again

Placed an order on 11th March and never received a confirmation. I emailed three times with absolutely no reply and even reached out via social media — again, no response. I eventually had to call them myself, only to be told that the order didn’t have the correct customs documents and was essentially “lost.” Customer service said, “We have no control if the parcel gets shipped correctly,” which is just unacceptable. They didn’t offer to resend the order, no compensation, and honestly, no real apology. If I hadn’t chased them, I would have been left completely in the dark. I originally said I would reorder — but after this experience, I absolutely won’t be ordering again. Extremely disappointed.

They speak only german, english is a no go, they don't reply to mails/ or picking to what to reply to. and they still owe me a refound. since they do not reply to mails I see no chance to get my monet back. avoid them and buy from other companies. shamefull

I ordered a women’s size 7 avacourt tennis shoe. Pink/multi color. What I received was a bright orange avacourt shoe size 10. I returned them. Told them they sent me the wrong shoe. When they received my return they emailed me and told me I had returned a pair of shoes they don’t sell. I called them right away to try to resolve this issue. They claimed they had never sold that shoe (even though it’s on their website). That they would not refund me. They were claiming that I was trying to return something that I hadn’t ordered from them which was ridiculous since i never received what I ordered! I had no choice but to have them send them back to me. When I got them, they actually switched the boxes to the box that my real order supposedly came in (which wasn’t the same box that I shipped back! I’m not sure they were even the same shoe since I never took them out of the box nor removed any of the packaging! Someone at the company is either scamming them or maybe just a scam company. In any event never, ever order anything from them!

Просто ужасно! Поддержка не отвечает на запросы! невозможно вернуть товар, который вам не подошел или пришел сломанный. Вы будете платить сами за доставку! Не рекомендую. Больше никогда ничего не куплю. Ужасно.

Nike Pro Zoom tennis shoes. top of the line. defective design, high collar causes blister and bleeding around ankle area. Played tennis my entire life and never had this problem. They asked for pictures of the shoe. Really. BTW if you go on the site expect intrusive ads on computer for next 6 months.

This website is a scam! I ordered tennis shoes from them. What I received was used/worn shoes! They were clearly used beforehand. They were covered in red clay, and even a worn sock was in the box. I wrote to them that I received used, not new shoes, and that I wanted to return them for that reason. They sent me the return information. I didn't feel like I should even be paying for the return shipping, as it wasn't a return because I didn't like them, or the size didn't fit. I didn't receive what I ordered. But I didn't want to complicate things so I returned them and paid the return shipping. But guess what happened. They refused the return/refund stating that the shoes were used, and they cannot accept used shoes back. And there was just no way I could prove them that I received it that way. At first I tough that those tennis shoes were returned before, and they didn't check their status in the past, but just restocked them automatically and resold them to me. But after some communication about the situation with them (their customer support is excruciating slow and unhelpful) I came to think that this is the modus-operandi, a fraud and a malpractise. I would never buy from them again, and I highly suggest you don't either.

I unfortunately I did not have a good experience ordering online with Tennis Point - the items were great quality but they did not fit me. So I contacted them to return the items. Their return service is disgraceful - you have to pay the post costs yourself. The worse part was - I returned the two items I had ordered and they only refunded me for one item I am now writing to them and trying to call to get the refund for the second item I shipped back. I am extremely disappointed on this business. It is very inconsiderate and a disservice to customers. Stay away from this business!!!!

They're a real business, but they lack customer support. They never reply to emails. I have had to follow up with at least one phone call for every order. Gift card numbers get accepted through website sales, but they never actually apply towards my purchase. My credit card would get charged the full amount as if I never applied my gift cards. I had to take screenshots of all my purchase confirmation pages. I then had to follow up with a phone call to ask them why my gift card amount wasn't applied. They will eventually fix it, but it became such a hassle that I stopped shopping there altogether.
