I had a totally unexpected problem with a tent I bought on-line. Their customer support listened and could see my issue and arranged a swap which arrived very promptly. I like Tentworld in general and usually go to the Tweed Heads store and they are great. When stuff is out of stock I want to be able to trust their on-line shop processes which I do.
