I was trying to open a bond and have a problem with the security code? anyway I've phoned three times today and the second call the lady opened my one year bond and was very helpful until trying to get the security code correct so after a long wait on the phone I was twice cut off which I found disgraceful so my first experience trying to become a Tesco Bank customer has not been very pleasant I would think they may have a problem with this disgraceful attitude I'm over seventy years old and would like a just a little bit more help that's all I need.
