Extremely disappointed with the handling of my claim by Tesco Bank and their claims handler, MPL Claims. It has been 60 days since my son's accident, and there is still no resolution in sight.
Key Issues:
Despite raising a complaint and chasing it up eight times, I have received no adequate response.
Requested to speak to a manager on three occasions, but these requests have been ignored.
MPL Claims offered only 82% of my car's market value and took 31 days to review vehicle examples, dismissing them due to expired listings.
Communication has been inconsistent and responses often take up to 20 days.
Initially promised a hire car for my 18-year-old son, which was later retracted.
This level of inefficiency and poor service is unacceptable. I have also contacted the Financial Ombudsman due to these ongoing issues.
Tesco Bank needs to seriously reconsider their association with MPL Claims if they value their customers' satisfaction and efficient claims handling.
