Appalling Credit Card Service.
Our card was declined for a purchase we wanted to make and then frozen, the balance was more than enough to cover the purchase. after an hour on the phone they said their fraud team would call back in 72 hours, after that time lapsed we spent another hour in their queuing system, only to be told that department was now closed. we have now closed the account. never had this hassle with cards we frequently use.
