Awful experience. Loan declined so I appealed, they had put my income in wrong, so now passed. I signed forms and waited, no money, was then told sorry problem, then sent forms so I re sign. Still no money. After 8 weeks I now get a call to be told I need to do a third application as the computer will not transfer the money to me. Even though I was told Friday a manual payment was being made. The fella actually said it may work next time, May!!!!!! Avoid.
FCA complaint now under way.
