I am disappointed by my service with Tesco Bank.
On the statements they often don't tell you who has paid you (or nee paid by you).
You are just given a whole series of numbers but no name.
I recently had a case of fraud and Tesco promptly repaid me and cancelled
and replaced my debit card.
BUT after some 4 weeks yet another fraudulent payment was taken using the cancelled card!
I have not used the new card but no pay by cash or cheque.
