Tesco have just cancelled my delivery on the same day its due, no explanation or offer to reorganise, just cancelled and confirming I haven't been charged, like that's some form of compensation.
I ordered days ago, I have covid and I live on my own, I have no food, thanks Tesco, I will never shop with you again. Complete let down and waste of time and energy.
Why not offer me a click and collect slot instead, their customer service is none existent and no phone number to call, I am completely appalled.
