Order changed!
I had placed a order last week thursday for click and collect as today was only time I had available to collect the items.
Order went through and I was happy that I had found the product online. Today when they emailed the receipt they had replaced with subsitute item as the item I ordered went out of stock. So that is the case then how comes the order went through, this is really bad, changing the order then expected us to take it. NO WAY!!! I would like the product that I had ordered not a subsitute items. Absolutely bad and rubbish online service. Never had this level of digusting service anywhere. All Online Scammers.
