I should’ve received my delivery on the 4th of January which had a lot of essentials. After way too many phone calls and wasted time, they promised to deliver it later that day. It never came.
It now feels like I’m dealing with scammers as I can’t even get a refund at all. I’ve already switched to asda and its been way too difficult to even try and get a refund.
