I had the pleasure of being served at the check-out by a lovely polite young lady, Olivia, in the Tesco Extra store in Leyland. Her politeness and smile was lovely.
I have always found the staff at the store very helpful and Hazel on the Customer Service needs a mention too. Thank you Olivia and Hazel for making my visit to the store delightful.
