Most of the staff on the shop floor are genuinly helpful & friendly. The staff on the customer services department are not so helpful or friendly. I thought a customer service desk was to help customers..not for the staff to look at you shrug their shoulders and say 'Oh well..thats Tesco's for you'...when you have asked them about an item that is out of stock & will the item soon be in stock. The customer serbices staff make no attempt to help you out.
I am so pleased Lidl has open up a stire near me..the staff are fantastic!
