In the Market Deeping store on Christmas Eve during my lunch hour I needed a product which wasn't on the shelves, the assistant who was very busy went and found the product that I needed and brought it to me.
Again today in the Bourne store a product that I wanted wasn't on the shelves and an assistant went and found it for me. Exceptional service.
