Non delivery of goods, being lied too by there partner company DOMU. This is the second time they have let me down - just never deal with this third rate, poor quality, bad service and no real way of complaining company. Fortunately I paid by credit card and have told this company not to honour the payment. Hopefully if more people do this the card companies will think twice about dealing with them. Happy Xmas to all but TESCO, I hope there senior staff have a bad one.
