GI placed an order to be delivered between 3-4pm on Saturday earliest time lot available, whilst it was raining the snow had cleared and roads OK
When the order didn't arrive I phoned to be told all weekend orders had been cancelled, We were not informed. To make matters worse knowing that my husband was just out of hospital and I am elderly in poor health my neighbour offered to pick up anything I needed, I told her we were OK as I had done an online shop. I was only desperate for Bread and milk, but by the time we had been let down all our local shops and our nearest Tesco superstore had no milk or bread left on the shelves, and apparently no deliveries were expected until Monday or Tuesday. To say unhappy withe Tesco would be putting it way too mildly. I was offered an e voucher for fifteen pounds which when it arrived was for ten pounds, and seems to require printing or a PIN number However it does not solve my currant problem and I am now likely to try shopping elsewhere
