Tesco online delivery service is very good, if a product I ordered isn't available Tesco send an alternative and if I don't want to accept the it goes back to store.
On the rare occasion a product is poor quality I send it back and my money is refunded without problems.
The delivery staff are very helpful and pleasant and they are part of the reason I choose to shop with Tesco .
